LEGO Architecture News: Official Announcement: 21010 Robie House | From Bricks To Bothans LEGO was kind enough to send over the above official image of the latest Architecture series set: 21010 Robie House. You can view a super hi-res photo to check out all the details. The official on-sale date is September 1, 2011. But if you attend the special launch event on August 27th, you can get your hands on the set early. The “member price” I mentioned in my previous post was for museum members.
今回のモデルは8/27のRobie Houseでのイベントでお披露目されるようで、Tucker自身がサイン会をするらしいです。
そして、このセットは 2,276pcs、16.25”w x 4.75”h x 7.5”l (幅 41cm x 奥行 19cm、高さ 12cm)というArchitectureシリーズ史上最大のセットです。
Robie House(ロビー邸)は Frank Lloyd Wright が設計したPrairie Styleの代表作で、写真でもわかるように日本様式を取り入れたデザインになっています。落ち着いた赤のブリックも印象的でぜひ飾りたいセットなのですが、本当に飾る場所がなくなってきました。
